Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

Location : Bend, Oregon (In-Person)

Schedule :  Flexible, Full-Time (Choose Your Own Schedule)

Compensation :  $80,000 - $90,000 / year, based on licensure and bonus opportunities

About the Role

EverCare Mobile Health is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented  Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)  to join our remote team.     • Responsibilities

  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals experiencing psychological, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
  • Oversee LPC providers and supervise CBRS workers as needed.
  • Facilitate therapy groups and complete necessary assessments (e.g., CDAs) for insurance compliance.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and maintain up-to-date documentation in the agency’s EHR system.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams , including facility staff, PMHNPs, PCPs, and other behavioral health professionals.

    • Qualifications

  • Active LCSW License in  Oregon  (Required).
  • Must maintain licensure and remain in good standing throughout employment.
  • Ability to pass an enhanced background check through the Department of Health and Welfare.
