A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee the onboarding and configuration of new customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation process, gathering customer requirements and configuring software for a smooth onboarding experience
Conduct training sessions to educate customers on software features and provide ongoing support throughout the implementation process
Manage an onboarding pipeline of 30-40 customers, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and maintaining accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in software implementation or customer success
Proficient in learning software applications quickly, with familiarity in CRM systems or SaaS solutions preferred
Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar software is strongly preferred
Experience in the veterinary clinics or pet care industry is a plus
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues effectively
