Area Manager – Columbia, SC

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations in Columbia, SC. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys driving results, developing teams, and ensuring operational excellence across all stores.

Position Details :

Salary : $80,000 annually

Additional benefits include a monthly insurance stipend, cell phone allowance, and mileage reimbursement

Full-time leadership position with growth potential

Responsibilities :

Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple restaurants in the Columbia, SC market

Lead and coach General Managers to achieve financial and operational goals

Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness

Drive local marketing initiatives and community engagement

Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement

Qualifications :

Multi-unit restaurant management experience required (full service or fast casual preferred)

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel between locations in Columbia, SC
