A company is looking for a Customer Support Engineer (CSE).
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to developers integrating Agora SDKs and services
Engage with local developer communities and organize events related to real-time communication and AI
Act as a technical advocate for customers by addressing recurring issues and feature requests
Required Qualifications
Strong interest in Large Language Models and modern AI application development
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP / UDP, NAT, firewall)
Experience with at least one platform : iOS, Android, Web, or backend technologies
Ability to read logs and debug SDK / API integrations
Experience in Developer Support, Solutions Engineering, or Developer Advocacy is a plus
