Position Overview

As the Automotive Service Manager, you will be the face of the shop—greeting customers, building strong relationships, and ensuring an outstanding service experience. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate technician workflow, and recommend and sell automotive repair and maintenance services while driving profitability and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner

• Build trust and long-term customer relationships

• Manage daily shop operations and technician workflow

• Recommend and sell necessary repairs, maintenance services, and tires

• Lead, motivate, and develop the service team

• Ensure operational efficiency, quality control, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales, operations, or management experience (automotive industry preferred)

• Strong communication and sales skills

• Automotive knowledge including diagnostics, general repairs, and maintenance

• ASE Certification preferred

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Solid computer and phone skills

• Flexible schedule availability, including Saturdays

• Valid Driver’s License

• Ability to pass a background check

• High school diploma required; college education preferred

• Pay: From $52,000+ per year (base + commissions)

• Shift: 10-hour shifts
