About this role:

As an Advanced Practice Provider in General Surgery, you’ll join a collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality surgical care. In this role, you’ll assist with procedures in the Operating Room (OR), support patient care before and after surgery, coordinate with the OR scheduling team, and provide on-call inpatient support as needed.

• You will practice at Alta View Hospital in Sandy, Utah
• Your schedule will be Mondays, Fridays, and a third rotating day based on surgical needs
• Your schedule will typically be 07:00–15:30 or 06:30–15:00, depending on OR scheduling with an additional rotating day determined monthly in coordination with OR scheduling team
• This position includes relocation assistance (if applicable)

What you’ll bring:

• Unrestricted Utah NP or PA license
• Current Utah DEA certificate required prior to start date
• Current BLS for healthcare providers
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
