Field Technician

We are seeking an IT Field Technician to join our End User Support team. This individual will work on‑site at a primary facility and may occasionally travel to nearby locations as needed. The technician will support a variety of technology initiatives and provide day‑to‑day assistance to end users.

The IT Field Technician will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Supporting hardware refresh initiatives
• Assisting with Windows operating system upgrades
• Imaging and deploying new IT equipment
• Troubleshooting desktop, hardware, and software issues
• Providing on‑site technical support to end users

***Previous experience in a healthcare environment is helpful but not required.***

The ideal candidate is adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable shifting between project tasks and daily support responsibilities.

Key Skills:

• Hardware support and repair
• Desktop troubleshooting
• Imaging and deployment
• Windows 10/11 support
• General IT support and customer service
• Basic Active Directory knowledge

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of IT experience (field support preferred)
• IT‑related degree or equivalent technical certifications (, CompTIA A+)
