Senior Finance Operations Team Lead

A company is looking for a Senior Finance and Operations Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Manage timelines and coordinate schedules for successful completion of financial assignments

Develop and prepare consolidated operating and program budgets, along with financial reports

Provide strategic financial guidance and support to business unit chiefs and staff

Required Qualifications

BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field preferred

9+ years of experience in finance / accounting / business environment

3+ years of experience in preparing budgets and financial reports

Proficiency in accounting and budgeting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, BI360 / Solver)

Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
