Commercial Project Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Project Manager to oversee and execute all phases of our commercial signage projects—from quoting to final delivery. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quote Commercial Jobs:
  Prepare detailed quotes and estimates for commercial signage projects, including material, labor, and installation costs.
• Project Management:
  Manage the full project lifecycle, from job initiation through completion. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timelines and expectations are met.
• Order Materials:
  Source and order required materials and components for each project, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Permit Coordination:
  Work with local municipalities and agencies to secure necessary permits for sign installation, ensuring compliance with all codes and regulations.
• Shipment Handling:
  Coordinate and manage the shipping of completed signage and related materials to customers or installation sites.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in project management, preferably in commercial signage, construction, or a similar field.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and sign plans.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of materials, fabrication processes, and signage regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites if needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with municipalities for permitting.
• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving ability under tight deadlines.
