Full Time Parts Counterperson

The Parts Counterperson is responsible for assisting customers in selecting the correct automotive parts, either in person or over the phone, by accurately identifying parts numbers, checking inventory, placing special orders when necessary, providing price quotes, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

EXPECTED PAY IS $40,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year depending on experience.

We have a thorough but FAST hiring process!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assist walk in customers.
• Answer incoming calls, provide price quotes, set up orders, set up deliveries, and set up pick-ups.
• Pull purchase parts from stock.
• Assist Service Technicians with their parts needs.
• Verify “will calls” and back orders weekly.
• Order parts not in stock and notify Service on special order parts.
