We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those looking to kickstart their career in communications and public relations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our communications strategy and ensuring our messages are effectively delivered to our target audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and editing communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Manage and maintain the organization's social media accounts, engaging with followers and monitoring online presence.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and implement communication strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct research to support communication initiatives and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Support event planning and execution, including logistics and promotion of events.
  • Help monitor and analyze media coverage and compile reports on communication efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also managing individual tasks.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools.
