As the Estimator you will owns the creation of our project bids and the relationships with the Operations team and our business partners. You will have the opportunity to manage tight deadlines and excels in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have the ability and desire to distinguish themselves by delivering cost-effective and repeatable solutions to our customers’ most challenging problems

Requirements -

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business or similar
• 5+ years of estimating and preconstruction bid experience with large projects
• Ability to use computer programs : MS Office, MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, Yardi, etc.
• 5 or more years of commercial construction building experience
