At California Recyclers , were transforming how companies view waste helping over 500 clients reduce costs, increase sustainability, and unlock new revenue through recycling.

Were growing fast and looking for WORLD CLASS - JUNIOR OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE who are eager to build meaningful client partnerships, grow their portfolios, and make an impact in the recycling and sustainability industry .

What Youll Be Doing

• Spend 70% of your time in the field , visiting customer sites, walking warehouse environments, and building connections
• Spend 30% of your time in-office , handling quotes, pipeline management, and reporting
• Create and send proposals and pricing quotes
• Schedule and conduct in-person client meetings
• Maintain accurate weekly / monthly reports and client updates
• Meet and track monthly sales quotas
• Represent California Recyclers with professionalism and purpose
• Help clients improve their environmental impact and their bottom line

What Were Looking For

• 1+ year of sales experience , ideally B2B or territory-based
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily travel
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) strongly preferred
• A passion for sustainability, recycling, or environmental solutions
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and client-focused
• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Team player
• Detail oriented
• Proactive attitude
• Problem solving mindset

What Success Looks Like

• 50+ outbound calls / day to prospects and current clients
• 1020 quotes sent / week
• 510 in-person or virtual meetings / week
• Accurate and timely end-of-day and end-of-month reporting
• Achieving or exceeding monthly sales quotas
• Territory management , door-to-door prospecting, and securing new accounts
