Here's why: Our Customer Service Reps provide excellent service by taking inbound calls from policyholders/customers regarding their policy. We also communicate via chat and email. You'll share your knowledge of our policy coverages with the customer and research any questions they have. You'll record all information in our administration system, Life Comm.
How we'll support you: Our trainers will teach you the admin system, and our life insurance policies. The details: You'll work Monday Friday 8-4:45 PM. Our office is the ALICO building.
Who you are: a customer service professional with at least two years of experience, who enjoys solving problems. You have a high school diploma or GED. You have the ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm.
