[job_card.job_description]Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to create standardized workflows and improve efficiency across the National AMS team Redesign and implement best-in?class business processes and workflows, leveraging available technology and software Document and maintain procedures and business process artifacts for training and reference purposes Participate in working groups with national and regional representatives to ensure alignment in business process design Lead training efforts to support the implementation of new processes and systems Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a designated line of business within insurance brokerage Strong understanding of insurance brokerage business operations Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem?solving skills Experience in process improvement and refining workflows using best practices Ability to collaborate effectively with cross?functional teams Experience working with an agency management system Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and propose process improvements A proactive approach with a commitment to achieving sustainable results
