State Licensed Tax Associate

A company is looking for a Tax Associate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Maintain sensitive customer and proprietary business information securely

Utilize government websites and resources to provide accurate answers to customers

Interact with customers and team members professionally using video communication software

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns

Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required

Ability to obtain any necessary state licenses or permits

Must have internet connection that meets security criteria

Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days
