ARCH Premier in Fremont, CA is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team in an Entry-Level Marketing role. At ARCH Premier, we specialize in face-to-face marketing campaigns for well-known brands. We focus on building real connections with customers and delivering measurable results for our clients. If youre driven, people-focused, and eager to learnthis is where your marketing career begins.

What You'll Do

  • Represent clients through direct marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Create brand awareness and communicate key product information to customers
  • Engage with potential customers and answer questions confidently and clearly
  • Help build lasting customer relationships through personalized interactions
  • Work as part of a team to meet marketing and outreach goals
  • Stay updated on customer feedback and industry trends to improve messaging

What We're Looking For

  • No prior marketing experience requiredjust a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
  • High level of motivation and a desire to grow professionally
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
