Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and detail-oriented Client Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will support financial advisors, enhance the client experience, and help ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment and is motivated by helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt, accurate, and professional support
- Coordinate account onboarding, documentation, and maintenance activities
- Assist with preparation of client meeting materials, reports, and presentations
- Manage client account transactions, money movement requests, and general service needs
- Maintain organized client files and ensure data accuracy across systems
- Support advisors with administrative tasks and operational follow-through
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and consistent client service experience
- Monitor deadlines, compliance requirements, and workflow processes to support exceptional client care
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experiencePrior experience in financial services, wealth management, or client service highly valuedStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and client empathyExcellent organizational and time-management capabilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or wealth management platforms a plusAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyFINRA Series 7 and / or 66 licenses are a plus (or willingness to obtain)What We Offer
