Salary : $22-$29 / hr. based on experience and skill set.
Schedule : Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. 4x10 hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
Assist veterinarians and vet techs during examinations, treatments, and surgeriesHandle and restrain animals safely and compassionatelyPrepare examination rooms and surgical areas by cleaning and sterilizing equipment and surfacesPerform basic laboratory tests, such as collecting blood, urine, and stool samplesSupport dental and surgical procedures (training provided)Administer medications and vaccinations under the supervision of a veterinarianFeed, bathe, and exercise animals as neededMaintain accurate medical recordsCommunicate with pet owners about their pets' care, treatment plans, and follow-up visitsClean and maintain the clinic, including stocking supplies and ensuring a safe and sanitary environmentQualifications
Preferred : 1 year of experience as a Veterinary Assistant or similar animal-care roleStrong handling skills and comfort working in a clinical environmentExcellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a busy settingWillingness to learn new skills and participate in continuing educationAbility to stand for long periods, lift moderate weight, and handle animals safely
