Our CEI group plays a critical role in supporting federal, public, private, and international organizations by providing comprehensive construction services for transportation systems that address community needs. Our expertise in program management, design-build projects, and sustainable solutions helps us tackle current and future infrastructure challenges effectively.

As a Senior Roadway and Bridge Construction Inspector, you will:

• Inspect and monitor construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Engage in complex inspections in at least two of the following categories: Roadway, Bridges, Drainage, Erosion Control, and Maintenance & Traffic.
• Utilize advanced equipment and perform calculations critical to inspection processes.
• Review project drawings to prepare for inspections and communicate findings to your supervisor.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct both complex and routine inspections to verify appropriate materials and adherence to construction processes.
• Document and report inspection results accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications from a State Highway Agency or national entity (ACI, NICET) in relevant areas are preferred.
• 8 years of related experience in construction inspection.
• A valid driver's license is required for this role.
• Willingness to travel domestically; travel frequency may vary based on project demands.

Amount of Travel Required: 20%

Compensation: Pay Range Minimum: $34.39, Pay Range Maximum: $56.74
