Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state / federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to improve independence in daily living skills.nResponsibilities : n

  • tEvaluate and treat patients per physician orders / referralsn
  • tDevelop and update individualized treatment / discharge plansn
  • tDocument services accurately and timelyn
  • tSupervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policiesn
  • tCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and familiesn
  • tMaintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standardsnQualifications : n
  • tGraduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT / OTD)n
  • tActive state OT license (or ability to obtain)n
  • tStrong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
