A company is looking for a Paralegal to join its data privacy and consumer protection practice.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain client and case files using legal case management software

Draft, review, and file routine legal documents

Communicate with attorneys and paralegals regarding case statuses and filings

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

2+ years of experience as a paralegal in litigation

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and legal case management software

Experience in discovery, trial preparation, and class action litigation

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
