Job Title : ServiceNow Architect
Years of Experience : 7–10 years in ServiceNow architecture, module implementation, or enterprise workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
- Lead integration efforts with other City systems and enterprise tools.
- Design scalable, secure workflows and automation strategies.
- Implement ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, and other advanced modules.
- Oversee security, compliance, and governance for all ServiceNow environments.
- Manage and optimize the CMDB structure, relationships, and data quality.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and platform strategy guidance.
- Ensure solutions align with City service delivery goals and operational processes.
