Description :

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as an Account Executive for our Client Services team. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.

We will count on you to :

Evaluate risks by reviewing loss experience cash flow and financials to develop tailored solutions and articulate the impact of options to clients across product lines.

Retain business and collaborate with Account Management colleagues to generate new business opportunities.

Implement growth and retention strategies while working to meet sales goals.

Drive strong relationships with clients prospects client teams and producers to provide best-in-class service and foster growth.

Serve as a primary client contact responding to complex client needs and questions to enhance the overall client experience.

Stay informed on changing market conditions and ensure compliance with all professional transparency and regulatory standards.

What you need to have :

Substantial experience in risk evaluation and management including financial analysis and loss experience review.

Proven ability to develop and recommend risk solutions across multiple product lines.

Strong client relationship management skills with experience in retention and business growth.

Excellent communication skills to articulate complex risk concepts and solutions effectively.

Knowledge of compliance and professional standards relevant to risk management.
