Border Town is a new business opening in January in Greenpoint!

Border Town has been a well-loved pop-up for over 4 years now. We've become well-known for our homemade tortillas that are hand-rolled for our tacos. Now, we're expanding into a full service restaurant on Nassau Avenue with service in the morning and evening!

We're looking for a Lead Barista to lead the charge during our morning service. Ideally this is someone who's excited to be around people, happy to work fast, and can manage what we expect to be a very busy service!

Some responsibilities of this position include :

• Creating a fun, active work environment
• Maintain and operate a POS system
• Cash handling
• Maintaining a food safe environment
• Coaching and mentoring staff on how to accurately make coffee drinks and learn essential techniques
• Be a cultural leader within Border Town who helps define our vision of excellent customer service

This is a Full Time position with days off on Monday and Tuesday
