Job Summary :

Leads, coordinates and supervises all activities related to the detailed design, development, and implementation of software or applications, reporting and analytical solutions, data warehousing, data extracts, vendor data feeds, and data imports. The Programming Manager leads the development teams on issues related to the detailed design, development, and deployment of these products and solutions for regulatory program requirements. This position establishes development and deployment plans, milestones and deliverables in consultation with all stakeholders including Director and Senior / VP level positions.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or five to seven years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of seven years of related experience is preferred.
