Allegria Village is one of the largest senior living communities in the United States, offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing-all on one beautiful campus in Dearborn. We are currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses for our Skilled Nursing facility.

Available Shift:

• Full-Time and Part-time options available for Afternoon and Night Shifts.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or rehab settings
• Active LPN or RN license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification required
• A true team player who shows up, steps up, and puts residents first

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering safe, compassionate nursing care that meets or exceeds our community standards
• Ensuring adherence to safety and infection control protocols
• Administering and documenting medications (including narcotics) accurately and responsibly
• Responding promptly and effectively to emergency situations
• Communicating clearly with residents and families about care plans and progress
• Keeping detailed, regulation-compliant documentation
• Participating in meetings, trainings, and continuous education
• Supporting your team and stepping in wherever needed

• Dependability and commitment to scheduled shifts
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Comfort using electronic medical records and standard software

Education & Certifications:

• Graduate of an accredited LPN/RN program
• Current license in the State of Michigan
• Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Able to stand, walk, push, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout your shift
• Comfortable working around individuals with communicable diseases
