CDL A Orbital Equipment Operator
Join Our Team as a Power Sweeper Operator & CDL Equipment Operator!

Key Responsibilities
- Operate power sweepers and CDL vehicles (Class A & B) with air brake endorsement
- Transport loaded 20 and 40 foot Conex boxes using state-of-the-art side-loader trailers
- Independently utilize unique side-loader equipment for ground-level container moves
- Follow assigned routes and schedules, ensuring timely and safe delivery
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance
- Use technology for paperless systems and maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other relevant information
- Communicate with dispatchers and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues
- Problem-solve job site challenges to complete work safely and efficiently
- Occasional out-of-town travel required (expenses covered by the company)
- Work on a wide variety of projects and environments, including with paving and municipal contractors
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Valid CDL (Class A or B) with air brake endorsement
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Mechanical ability and construction experience are a plus
- Experience with manual transmission vehicles, dump trucks, forklifts, tilt trailers, cranes, and hydraulics is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing (drug-free workplace)
