Job Description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of project management while supporting our project managers and teams in successfully delivering projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of project timelines and resources
  • Coordinate project meetings and prepare agendas and minutes
  • Support project managers in tracking project progress and milestones
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure all records are up to date
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders
  • Assist in managing project budgets and expenditures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
