Proven track record in leading SAP S / 4HANA Greenfield implementations, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Experience with global rollout strategies including localization and regulatory compliance for Latin American countries (e.g., Brazil, Mexico). Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity working with hybrid delivery teams (onshore / offshore / nearshore). PMP or similar project management certification is preferred. Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) is a plus for regional coordination, but not mandatory for US-based roles.

Job Description :
Experienced Project / Program Manager to lead and coordinate a global SAP S / 4HANA Greenfield implementation and rollout program for a large, multinational manufacturing client. This role combines strategic delivery leadership with hands-on project execution to ensure strong alignment across onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end program governance, planning, and execution for the SAP S / 4HANA implementation.
- Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and MOURI Tech delivery teams.
- Manage multiple workstreams including Finance, Supply Chain, Localization, Digital Manufacturing, and Integration.
- Drive delivery milestones across blueprinting, realization, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases.
- Align delivery with a global template strategy and coordinate phased rollouts across North and Latin America.
- Facilitate effective risk management, change control, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure consistent reporting, SLA compliance, and quality outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.
- Work closely with a nearshore PM to manage coordination and execution across time zones and regions.
