Key Responsibilities Develop, communicate, and maintain the organization's technology strategy in alignment with business goals. Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend strategic initiatives that drive innovation and competitive advantage. Collaborate with executive leadership, business units, and IT teams to identify technology priorities and roadmap initiatives. Lead the assessment and selection of technology solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business needs. Provide thought leadership on digital transformation, architecture, and IT strategy to influence organizational decision-making. Oversee technology governance processes, ensuring compliance, risk management, and best practices in solution delivery. Mentor and guide teams on technology strategy execution, architecture principles, and process improvements. Prepare and present strategic technology plans, investment proposals, and performance metrics to senior leadership. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 12 years of experience in technology leadership, IT strategy, or related roles. Proven track record of developing and executing enterprise-level technology strategies. Strong understanding of digital transformation, enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, and emerging tech trends. Experience with IT governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives and stakeholders. Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple technology initiatives simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
