Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Wire Harness Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience working in a factory or warehouse environment. This role involves assembling wire harnesses using hand tools and power tools, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Location : Claremont, CA

Temp to Hire

Schedule : 6am to 2 : 30pm depending on production needs

Payrate : $17.50

Responsibilities

  • Assemble cables and components according to specifications on the assembly line.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to ensure precise assembly and quality control.
  • Operate forklifts to transport materials within the manufacturing facility safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and meet deadlines.
  • Report any mechanical issues or discrepancies to management promptly.

Specified Requirements Acknowledgment :

  • Coordination, ability to strip wire attention to detail
  • Ability to read and understand drawings in English
  • Good hand dexterity – required for handling small wires and connectors. Attention to detail and ability to work seated for long periods. Able to use hand tools, tweezers, screwdrivers, cutters and torque wrenches.

    • Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirement :

  • Ability to work with company management & manufacturing floor employees.
  • Training : General use of equipment through department training. Use of Inspection Tools (Microscope); Tagging and Identifying Product.
  • Capabilities : Ability to work with the manufacturing and department supervisors.
