Essential Duties :
(This is a Production Based Position)
1) Provide qualified appointments by ensuring a minimum 23% with a goal of 30% call to set ratio and a 30% lead to demo ratio, as well as 30 or more appointments scheduled on the lead sheet per week. The monthly goal expectation is 8 full installs per month.
2) Ensure all leads are contacted effectively per our many Lead sources, i.e. Home Depot, Homeowners, and Fairs / Trade Show / Home Shows.
3) Electronically generated leads are expected to be dialed at the rate of 62 calls per hour noting accurate status / result of all calls based on the result codes provided.
4) Ensure accurate recording of qualified leads when setting appointment with the potential customer for the technician to go to their home based on the result codes provided. Ensure the "next day", "same day "and "pink board", is viewed for technician availability prior to setting the appointment.
5) Ensure attendance at daily 4pm meetings to review production and goals.
6) Ensure attendance at Advance Training if scheduled.
7) Maintain a very high degree of confidentiality in regards to all matters that occur in the work place.
8) Ensure excellent customer service in all calls by maintaining a professional behavior and ability to be flexible regarding the needs of the customers at all times.
9) Other duties and special projects as assigned.
