Security Officer - Security Clearance Dispatch

As a Security Officer - Security Clearance Dispatch in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero / Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer in the aerospace and defense environment, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and support access control. Your presence will contribute to a secure atmosphere, while your communication skills will help provide exceptional customer service. Pay Rate : $27.75 / Hour

Wed 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Sat 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Monitor and manage access control systems to help to deter unauthorized entry to the location.
  • Operate communication equipment to dispatch and coordinate response teams as necessary.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols.
  • Maintain detailed logs and records of all dispatch activities and incidents.
  • Collaborate with Allied Universal and client personnel to relay important information regarding security-related matters.
  • Assist in implementing and following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
  • Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and / or contractors with inquiries and directions as needed.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance is required.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
