A company is looking for a Senior Underwriter who will manage complex loan scenarios and ensure quality underwriting decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Underwrite a variety of mortgage loans, including Agency and Non-Agency products
Proactively manage an assigned loan pipeline and review loan documentation for compliance
Communicate underwriting decisions and documentation requirements clearly to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; BA or BS highly desired
7+ years of mortgage experience required
5+ years of experience underwriting Agency and Non-Agency loan products required
4+ years of experience reviewing appraisals required
Encompass LOS experience required; FHA DE and / or VA LAPP / SAR designation desired
