A company is looking for a Senior HRIS & HR Ops Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Administer ADP Workforce Now / Lyric, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination
Process employee lifecycle transactions and maintain data accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations
Triage and resolve HR Ops service tickets while identifying and addressing recurring issues for improvement
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience administering an HRIS platform, preferably ADP Workforce Now or Lyric
Strong understanding of employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, job changes, and terminations
Experience in HR Operations or Shared Services models
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Ability to work remotely and independently while adapting to evolving needs
