Day to day activities include finding people to help and helping the people you find, help to keep our exceptionally clean facilities exceptionally clean, and continually learning new ways to help our members with their health and wellness goals!

Key Responsibilities

• Find members to help! - Our coaches actively reach out to low usage members by phone, text and email to encourage and inspire them to use the club to get the most out of their membership  We conduct FITNESS CONSULTATIONS & ASSESSMENTS for all members, which include goal setting, a body scan and fitness assessment, sample workout, and next step recommendations.
• Help the members you find! - In addition our coaches sell and provide and deliver high quality, 1-on-1 and small group  TRAINING SERVICES with energy and enthusiasm.
• Educate  – our coaches educate members on safe and effective training programs, provides nutrition guidance, and promotes recovery.
• Drives results – our coaches drive member success through member attendance and metric tracking.
• Understand how to administer body scan technology and interpret results.
• Engage with digital coaching platforms to assist and motivate clients outside of the club.
• Provide excellent customer service through member engagement and client accountability.
• Goals & alignment – our coaches are responsible for achieving a monthly revenue goals established by the management team.
• Partner alongside member sales team to promote membership growth.
• Attend weekly / monthly team meetings.
• Keep our exceptionally clean facilities exceptionally clean – our coaches participate and ensure facility cleanliness, tidiness and a safe environment!
• Continued learner – our coaches demonstrate a drive for career development through continued education and leadership opportunities and remains current on certifications, CPR / First Aid, and new trends in the industry.
