Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Come work with a local women and therapist run company! Ampersand Therapy is seeking to elevate the employment experience of working in schools. We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the 25-26 school year. The BCBA will serve the students in person.

Job Details :

• Position is for the 25-26 school year in person
• Must have a National BCBA Certification
• Must have or be eligible to receive Colorado Department of Education (CDE) licensure
• Provide functional behavior intervention plan for students district individual education plan.
• Provide the district with safety plan for aggressive or self-injurious behaviors
• Provide teacher with data collection systems for all behavior goals
• Collaborate with Special Services Directors and school teams to create academic targets / goals.
• Communicate weekly and update with progress reports
