Looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills? Linda's Casa Trejo Mexican Restaurant in Yucaipa, CA is searching for an experienced line cook to join our dynamic team full time! Located at 34636 County Line Road, our restaurant is renowned for its delicious cuisine and welcoming atmosphere.

If you're a self-driven individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional dishes, then we want you on our team. Our ideal candidate is not only punctual and reliable, but also passionate about following our recipes.

Must be available from at least 11am - 4pm Wednesday - Sunday.

Responsibilities :

  • Preparing and stocking stations with all necessary supplies to ensure smooth operations
  • Food preparation , including chopping vegetables and preparing our delectable sauces
  • Collaborating with the kitchen staff to cook menu items to perfection
  • Maintaining cleanliness by cleaning up stations and properly handling leftover food
  • Monitoring inventory levels and restocking as needed to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications :

  • Previous cooking experience or Back of the House experience is required
  • Ability to meet all scheduling commitments and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive approach to anticipating the needs of others in the kitchen and taking initiative to fulfill those needs
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure dishes are prepared to the highest standards
