A company is looking for a CPC Processor Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
Process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys
Document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
Work in a high-volume production environment during designated hours
Required Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Comfortable working remotely in a call center setting
Availability for full-time hours from Wednesday to Saturday, 10 PM to 9 AM EST
Ability to handle high call volumes effectively
Completion of a comprehensive training program and job shadowing
