Worthington Steel is a global metals manufacturer serving growing end markets including automotive, construction and agriculture. Here in Cleveland, we process steel for a variety of customers; mainly working with automotive suppliers.

This position requires a dependable, self-starter who leads with safety and has a desire to perform their duties to the highest standard.

• We are hiring for Night Shift (11PM-7AM) and Day Shift (5 : 00 AM - 1 : 00 PM) Positions.

While our day shift role has standard hours of 5 : 00 AM to 1 : 00 PM, candidates must be available and willing to work afternoon or night shifts as needed to support business demands. Flexibility is essential to ensure coverage and maintain operational excellence.

We offer competitive pay starting at $20 / hour.

Our Production Associates are responsible for helping process steel specific to our customer needs in order for them to make a product. Duties include a wide variety of tasks, from material handling, crane operation, forklift operating, problem solving, quality control and other duties to assist with daily operations. In addition, Production Associates package / band, weigh, and load / unload material from machines and stage material in a timely and accurate manner.
