A company is looking for a Sr. Compensation Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Support HR and business professionals in the execution and administration of compensation programs
Conduct complex analyses of compensation areas and make recommendations for salary structures and pay programs
Provide guidance and training on compensation policies to managers, employees, and HR colleagues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred
5-7 years of experience in compensation analysis required
Knowledge of compensation policies and federal / state wage laws
Advanced MS Excel experience (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas)
Strong knowledge of competitive market / salary surveys
