Are you a driven Water Resources Engineer ready to make an impact in one of the fastest-growing regions in the country? Our Orlando-based civil/environmental engineering firm is expanding and looking for a sharp, passionate engineer to take on high-visibility projects across Central Florida.

What You’ll Do:

• Design stormwater management systems, drainage improvements, floodplain analysis, and water quality solutions for municipal, commercial, and land development projects
• Perform hydrologic & hydraulic modeling using ICPR/SWMM/HEC-RAS
• Develop permitting packages for FDOT, FDEP, SFWMD, and local agencies
• Support design teams with calculations, reports, and construction documents
• Interface with clients, project managers, and regulatory agencies
• Contribute to innovative resiliency and water infrastructure initiatives across the region

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of Water Resources or Civil Site Engineering experience
• Strong experience with hydrology/hydraulics modeling tools (ICPR, SWMM, HEC-RAS, AutoCAD/Civil 3D)
• Knowledge of Florida stormwater rules and permitting requirements
• EIT required; PE or ability to obtain PE a strong plus
• A proactive, detail-driven engineer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
