Aloha! One of Hawaii's largest and oldest banks is seeking a Support Services Specialist to join their Wealth Management Service Center Team. In this role, the Support Services Specialist is responsible for providing support services to the various Wealth Management Group business units. Additionally, he / she will perform clerical and analytical tasks spanning a wide variety of subject areas to sustain routine support functions, as well as provide periodic on-demand support for areas in need.

Additional Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will have :

• High school diploma / GED or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of the wealth management business (personal trust, institutional trust, custody and agency administration) and other related bank products and services.
• 2 years of experience in office administration

The client requires that he / she work in this role for at least a year, and if he / she wants to move to a different department within the company, they will also support. There is also room to grow within this department though.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
