Payroll Processor Responsibilities :

\tProcess biweekly payroll for multi-location staff, including timecard review and corrections

\tVerify wage calculations, deductions, and tax withholdings

\tHandle garnishments, reimbursements, and payroll adjustments

\tMaintain and audit payroll records in accordance with labor and tax regulations

\tRespond to employee questions and resolve payroll discrepancies

\tAssist with year-end reporting and W-2 processing

Payroll Processor Qualifications :

\t2+ years of payroll processing experience

\tWorking knowledge of payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, or similar)

\tStrong understanding of wage laws, deductions, and multi-state payroll (preferred)

\tHigh attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

\tDiscretion in handling sensitive payroll data
