Qualifications & Requirements for Director, Perioperative Services (RN)
- BSN required / Master's preferred
- RN Active License
- Minimum three (3) years of progressive surgical services/operating room leadership experience at Manager level or above in an inpatient surgical services/operating room setting
- Minimum five (5) years of Operating Room nursing experience is required
- Servant leadership style, team builder
- Should be able to identify growth opportunities for the service line, identify and implement recruitment and retention strategies, ensure evidence based practice is utilized, focus on quality initiatives, and build collaborative relationships with surgeons
