Role Overview

This position reports directly to the Shred Plant Team Lead and is instrumental in :

• Maintaining continuous workflow in a fast-paced high-movement environment
• Supporting and directing team members during daily production
• Ensuring safety, sort accuracy, quality, and machine throughput meet or exceed standards
• Operating sit-down forklifts and other industrial machinery
• Communicating critical adjustments to the team and leadership

This is a hands-on leadership role where youll be expected to both execute and guide others, not from a desk, but shoulder-to-shoulder on the floor.
