MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF RECENT EXPERIENCE AS A QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTOR

Connect Staffing is seeking adetail-oriented and self-motivated Quality Assurance Inspector to fill an opening at a foam fabrication and mattress manufacturing facility in Waco, TX .

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 6 : 30 AM – 3 : 00 PM, with overtime as required

Requirements for Quality Assurance Inspector :

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a team player mentality
• Knowledge of QC methodologies and inspection standards across multiple product categories.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stand and move between production areas for most of the shift.
• Must have good written documentation and communication skills.
• Prior experience in roles such as Quality Control, Quality Inspector, Quality Assurance Specialist, and Quality Assurance Auditor.
