Who Were Looking For :

We seek an experienced hands-on Controller to oversee and spearhead their financial operations. The ideal candidate will manage an experienced team and lead the finance and accounting functions including financial reporting budgeting forecasting and financial analysis. As a key member of the executive team you will play a crucial role in financial decision-making providing strategic insights to support the companys growth and financial health.

What Youll Do :

• Provide leadership and direction to the accounting team fostering professional growth and development
• Oversee all accounting operations including billing accounts receivable accounts payable general ledger cost accounting inventory accounting and revenue recognition
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance
• Implement and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and reporting
• Manage and comply with local state and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Forecasting and management of cash flow and financing
