As a Project Estimator Designer in our Construction department within the Maintenance Division, you will prepare cost estimates for landscape renovation and installation projects. This will include reviewing and analyzing the scope of work and project requirements for each job to ensure that all requirements can be met.
This position will be based in Palo Alto and must be able to travel locally within the Bay Area (San Jose, Peninsula, San Francisco, East Bay). A company paid take home vehicle will be provided to travel to project sites.

Starting Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year (specific compensation may vary based on overall skills, experience and location) Annual Bonus potential (specific amount may vary based on overall division performance)
